The Firm is also consulted on various procedural and legal aspects relating to anti-dumping, subsidies and safeguards and other international trade related areas including bilateral and multi-lateral trade arrangements by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India as well as various apex chambers of commerce and industry. Our Firm has also been retained by the Ministry of Commerce to draft the new anti-dumping and anti-subsidy laws for India.
